The Winchester Hills property market is split into two distinct sections, namely full tile or freehold and sectional title properties. There are 1863 sectional title units making up a dominant two-thirds of the entire composition or 69.83% to be precise. Full title properties on the other hand number at 771 and make up the balance of the 30.17% total composition.
