Among the standout performers in the residential sales category at our 2026 National Awards ceremony were Ryan Kourie and Henrika Pearcey from the Randburg office, who achieved top honours in the Metro Listing Partnership, Metro Units Partnership and Metro Partnership of the Year sections.
The duo also received a Platinum Sales Team award, while Ryan Kourie was additionally recognised with the company’s Leadership Award.
The awards are held each year to celebrate the achievements of all the offices, teams and individual agents around the country who keep delivering exceptional results, and additional winners this year included:
- Graeme Hamilton Reid of Randburg, who scooped the National Metro Agent of the Year title as well as the National Origination Agent of the Year award and a Platinum Sales Individual award;
- Anmar Marais of Whale Coast, who was named as the National Non-Metro Agent of the year after also receiving a Diamond Sales award;
- Amanda Colombo and Anneke Buys of Paarl Lifestyle Estates, who secured the top rankings in both the Value Partnership and Non-Metro Partnership sections and won a Diamond Sales Team award;
- Nikola Vrahimis-Fraser of Sandton, who was named as the New Entrant of the Year; and
- Albie Stoeder of Winelands, who received the National Developments Agent of the Year award and also earned a Diamond Sales Individual award.
When it came to the office awards, Sandton achieved the Top Metro Office award as well as the Top Origination Office award, while Whale Coast was recognised as the Top Non-Metro Office of the Year.
Additional award winners on the Platinum Sales Individuals list were Cornel Janse van Vuuren of Whale Coast, Jeanne Hamman of Southern Cape, Irene Goodwin of Bedfordview, Zuleka Malan and Beer Roux of Lowveld, Nuno Brizido of Sandton, Richard Pratt of Cape Agulhas, Amelia van der Merwe of Whale Coast and Pieter Kotze of Somerset West.
Meanwhile, Annelize Reinmuller and Leigh Robertson of Paarl Lifestyle Estates were the winners of a Platinum Sales Team award.
Overall, the 2026 National Awards event underscored the entrepreneurial energy, customer focus and high-performance culture that continue to drive success right across the Chas Everitt group.
