BUILDING IN SIMBITHI ECO ESTATE

The good news is that there is not a build by date provision in the Estate, however, once construction commences after approvals, homes must be completed within 15 months or will be subject to a monthly penalty fee should construction not be complete within this time frame.

Getting to Simbithi Eco Estate From Durban or King Shaka International Airport:
Take the N2 north. Pass through the Tugela Toll Plaza and take the 212 (Shakasrock Road) exit. At the T junction, turn right and go over the N2 bridge. Proceed for 500m & on your right hand side is the Simbithi Administration office and main gate entrance to Simbithi Eco Estate.
Getting to Simbithi Eco Estate on the M4 North from Durban or King Shaka International Airport:
Proceed north on the M4. Go past the traffic lights near the Alberlito Hospital. At the roundabout go left. Proceed to the next roundabout and go straight over towards the N2. Cross over the bridge of the N2 and take the on ramp to the N2. Take the first exit 212 (Shakasrock Road) and proceed as per above directions for N2.
