According to recent FNB Ballito Property Leader reports, the outlook for the local Ballito housing market is solid.
Due to an extended period from 1980 to 2009 where massive amounts of the current Ballito houses, townhouses and apartments were built the area, like many of South Africa’s coastal towns, has seen a large uptick in the percentage of the real estate in the areas sectional title (townhouses, flats, apartments etc) sector.
