This remarkable expansion is a clear reflection of the confidence that sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and entrepreneurs continue to place in the Chas Everitt brand, which is one of the oldest and most trusted names in South African real estate. For decades, our brand has been built on a foundation of honesty, care and deep professional integrity, values that are woven into our DNA and strengthened every day by our embrace of the very latest technologies, digital platforms and cutting-edge marketing practices.
The result is a powerful combination of heritage and innovation that enables our property professionals to deliver exceptional advice and truly outstanding service to every client we serve.
The newest of our South African offices is in Bloemfontein, the diverse and fast-growing city that serves as the judicial capital of the country. Although only a few weeks old, this operation already has listings on the board and a strong rental book, and we are incredibly excited about the role it will play in unlocking further growth across the Free State.
Our other new operations opened this year, in alphabetical order, include:
• Brackenfell, which is an expansion of our Cape Winelands franchise,
• Bronkhorstspruit, a new territory for our Rustenburg franchise,
• Hoedspruit, under the leadership of a new partnership that includes our Lowveld franchisee,
• McGregor, where we welcomed a new franchisee to the network,
• Secunda, a new territory for our Tshwane franchise,
• Wellington, a new territory for our Paarl Luxury Estates franchise, and• Western Seaboard, an expansion by our Hout Bay franchise.
Our growth story is now also reaching beyond South Africa’s borders. This year, we proudly launched Chas Everitt operations in Zimbabwe, with offices in Harare and Bulawayo that are already performing exceptionally well. According to the latest statistics from the Property Book portal, Chas Everitt has quickly become the eighth-biggest real estate sales office in Harare by volume and the fifth-biggest rental office. We are also proud to have achieved a record residential sale for the city, with a home sold for more than USD2 million.
Adding to this exciting momentum, our Bulawayo office was recently honoured with the Top Emerging International Real Estate Brand trophy at the annual Zimbabwe Real Estate and Construction Awards, in recognition of the extraordinary impact it has made in such a short period of time.
