Sarina has been part of the property industry since 2001, bringing more than two decades of experience, extensive local knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people with one of the most important decisions they will make. Her working career started long before property. At just 16 years old, Sarina entered the hospitality industry by working as a waitress over weekends and during school holidays in Struisbaai. She later studied Hotel Management and continued working in hospitality, an industry that helped shape the strong service ethic she still brings to her business today. Being attentive to people's needs, communicating well and providing excellent personal service have always come naturally to her. Combined with her NQF Level 5 Real Estate qualification and more than 20 years of hands-on property experience, this has made her a knowledgeable and highly service-orientated real estate professional. Property, however, has always been part of Sarina's life. She grew up in a property-industry home with her mother, Strepies, a well-known and respected figure in the local property industry who has been selling property for more than 35 years. Growing up surrounded by property conversations, clients, negotiations and sales gave Sarina an understanding of the industry long before she formally made it her own career. Today, that experience spans generations, with Sarina and Strepies having worked successfully alongside one another for many years. Sarina's connection with Struisbaai goes back even further. She has been coming to Struisbaai on holiday since she was born and has lived in the region for most of her life. In 2004, she and her husband, Grant, who is also involved in the property industry alongside her, made Struisbaai their permanent home when they decided to start a family. Their children have had the privilege of growing up in this beautiful coastal community – a place the family is proud to call home. This lifelong connection to Struisbaai gives Sarina much more than simply knowledge of the local property market.
