ABOUT ME
My path in the property industry has been a full-circle journey. It began in 1993 with my first role as an estate agent, but I quickly realized that to truly serve my clients, I needed to understand the engine of real estate: the legal and financial processes behind every sale.
I spent years as a conveyancing paralegal, mastering the intricate details of property transfers, bond registrations, sectional titles, and the drafting of watertight legal agreements. Following that, my time as a bond consultant gave me an insider's perspective on financial assessments and credit, allowing me to guide clients through the complexities of securing property finance. As an administration manager for a real estate firm, I was the central hub, ensuring every transaction was seamless, compliant, and meticulously managed from start to finish.
While I briefly explored other ventures, my heart has always been in property. In 2017, I came home to the industry I love. Now, as a Master Property Practitioner, my passion is focused on the extraordinary community of Marloth Park. This isn't just a job for me; it's the culmination of a lifetime's experience. I bring all of it—the legal knowledge, the financial insight, and the administrative precision—to every client I have the privilege of serving in this one-of-a-kind wildlife sanctuary.
This commitment to excellence is validated by multiple awards for top performance, received annually from the real estate firm I have represented, including my current home, Chas Everitt Lowveld, Marloth Park."
