Marcia started her professional career in the insurance industry. After 5 years she successfully started her own promotional company where she used her business qualifications to build an end to end promotional business, including carving the strategy, marketing, sales, administration, financials, and after sales service. She realized her passion for property through her involvement in property development, renovations, and sales since 2003 – including residential and business. Her latest project was the development of a Guesthouse (from concept to turn-key) of which she is a shareholder. Marcia believes that her career is intertwined with her calling in life, and is therefore focused on living a life of significance rather than success. She decided to join Chas Everit (Stellenbosch) after their relocation to Stellenbosch in the beginning of 2019, when she realised the opportunity to assist people to integrate into the community, rather than only relocating. She realised that helping them finding a new home is only part of it and it allowed her to develop and live her passion to create a home and sense of belonging for people. Five words to describe Marcia is: she is energetic, honest, trustworthy, dynamic and have great people skills.
