ABOUT ME
I started my real estate career in 2008, working as an agent for an independent real estate company. With a BTech: Marketing degree, obtained from CPUT in 2005, I endeavoured various business and career opportunities. My true love is however people, marketing and property and in 2015 I decided to make this my sole purpose.
In 2015 I founded Chas Everitt Southern Cape and as Broker & Principal, I have made huge progress in obtaining good market share in our area of business. Alongside an extremely dedicated team of agents, admin staff and franchisor, it is worth every effort. I have recently obtained a Property Development and Investment qualification from UCT, combined with a NQF5, Master Practitioner Real Estate, I can assist and give advice with confidence, I have experience in residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural property. Property makes my world go round and I thrive on any challenge being thrown my way.
