THREE FLOORS OF OFFICES TO RENT IN WATERKANT STREET IN THE CITY
All offices, bathrooms and stairwells have just been upgraded and painted. Each office measures 78 sqM excluding the toilets situated on the landing of each floor. There is a fibre “box” just outside the Sea St entrance.
Access, signage and security have also been upgraded via the “Sea Street” entrance which itself is undergoing an upgrade with the “Rubik” development being built on the Riebeek Street corner.
The desks are optional. They can be bought or we can come to an arrangement in the rent as they cost a fortune.
Each floor of offices have separate alarms and tags to access the magnetic lock on the doors. Each floor has its own “pay as you go” electricity meter and contributions of 25% of the common area costs being the alarm, water and sewage, entrance lighting and caretaker who cleans that area weekly which amounts to approximately R500 each. Historically most upstairs tenants accessed through Lunchworks in the mornings in order to grab a coffee on their way up but a formal Sea Street entrance was necessary for potential tenants' branding.
This is a very “friendly” building as the downstairs deli has always been a place where tenants meet clients, have coffee or even have refreshments sent upstairs. The offices are light and spacious and the security is good.
