Well Established Dairy Farm

Farm Hudsonvale is situated on the picturesque R62 Langkloof route between Kareedouw and Joubertina in the Eastern Cape. The neat and well maintained central dairy operation infrastructure, situated close to main road access, includes a 30 point swing over style dairy system, offices, storage facilities, cattle handling facilities and calving facilities.

Accommodation on the farm is provided by 3 separate dwellings. One very neat “main house” with an additional farm cottage nearby, as well as a 3rd house, that needs to be repaired due to fire damage.

A remaining 950+ ha of beautiful undeveloped mountain land is an absolute bonus and can either be enjoyed as is or further developed to expand operations. The mountain land contains the typical fynbos type natural vegetation the area is so well known for.
