The company has the right to operate 2 game- viewing vehicles. The 50% share
of the company that is for sale, has the exclusive rights to occupy for private or
commercial 2 of the 3 lodges.

Each home, has its own swimming pool. One, is an infinity pool, with a wooden
deck surrounding, with steps going down to a braai /lapa area, equipped with
