Reports indicate 79 successful Randpark Ridge sectional title property transactions over the recent year.
These are ideal for young families looking to purchase a starter home or for those looking to downscale. Again prospective buyers can look forward to a wide spread of options catering for their unique budgets, with prices ranging from about R 200 000 up to above the R 1, 800 000 mark.
