The area is home to the modern  Heuwelsig Estate, conveniently positioned close to both the R55 and N14 access routes making it simple for commuters needing access to Midrand as well as the hubs of Pretoria andSandton. The Heuwelsig area has been a popular haven for buy to let investors, due to the high demand for rental properties in Centurion.
 
There is also strong demand for rental properties in Heuwelsig and units being offered to let are snapped up quickly at present giving it appeal with the buy to let investors which can return rentals between R5 000 and R7000 monthly even in the smaller sectional title properties. This makes for a fair return, and as indications are that the area will also afford decent capital growth, it’s attractive.

The areas sectional title property prices vary from the low of approximately R450 – 500 000 up to around the R1 million or so mark, whereas the areas freestanding full-title houses in Heuwelsig are for sale starting around just over the R1 million mark, up to around to the two and a half million Rand level.
