Langezandt

Exceedingly charming and popular access controlled estate with vernacular building style, thick walls, shutters and thatch roofs with indigenous landscape. This popular area in Struisbaai got its name because of the number of Robertson locals owning property here. It lies between the Struisbaai Beach on the left and the Skulpiesbaai Beach area on the right. It is cut off by the Main Road and includes the popular fishing spots 'Die Las' and 'Die Deurloop'.
Forming part of the Klein Robertson area is the picturesque Struisbaai Harbour which is always a hive of activity.
Caravan Park Area
Situated on the Coastal side of the Main Road is this older part of town which includes the Main Beach Parking Area and Caravan Park. It is perfect for people who want a property that is central and within walking distance of an amazing 25km stretch of white sandy beach.
Central Struisbaai and the Harbour Area
This area, towards the left side of the Town, is home to many permanent residents. The proximity to the beach and shops makes it a popular choice.
Skulpiesbaai / Flower Streets
If Buyers can't find what they are looking for in Klein Robertson, then this area just across the Main Road is often their second choice.
The Streets are mostly named after Flowers. The Harbour, Beach and Shops are all within a comfortable walking distance.
Fish Streets
Behind the Flower Streets lie the Fish Streets. These properties, while still being relatively central, are a bit further away from the attractions of the Beach, Harbour and Shops. The plots are somewhat smaller than the older areas but are better value for money. A number of permanent residents choose to live here.
