Many of the higher priced sales of Hartbeespoort houses occur in the popular lifestyle estates market with the likes of Pecanwood Golf Estate, Westlake Estate and Caribbean Beach Club Estate accounting for a fair percentage.
Another popular estate is The Islands Estate which incorporates Baybridge Canal & I’Bali Village. The Islands estate is positioned on just over 100 hectares of prime real estate on the southern banks of the Hartbeespoort Dam and offers unique system of interlinked canals with bi-directional locks – over six kilometres of them which are surrounded by waterfront homes with their own jetties and allowing residents to access the dam.
The sheer range of properties in Hartbeespoort is superb! At the higher end of the price spectrum you’ll find breathtakingly beautiful mansions located on one of the area’s golf and eco lifestyle estates. Lastly you’ll find a wonderful selection of affordable family and starter Hartbeespoort houses and homes. Hartbeespoort Townhouses and Sectional Title
Hartbeespoort property also offers buyers a great selection of sectional title units including the likes of flats, townhouses and apartments. Hartbeespoort Location and General Area Information
Hartbeespoort or “Harties” as it is affectionately known is a small town flanked by the splendor of the Hartbeespoort dam and the Magaliesberg Mountain Range.
