There are no schools in the area.

The only known sporting facility is the Virgin Active at the Broadacres shopping centre.

Broadacres Centre is the only shopping facility in the area. There is a Barnyard Theatre in the complex. The Spar Supermarket is considered the groups' best in S.A.

The area is predominately residential in the form of new sectional titles and clusters/estates.

There is a very real problem with traffic flow but it is well situated for access to Lanseria airport.

There is a large element of open and semi developed land.

A major proposed East/West dual carriageway will in due course carve Broadacres into segments!
