If you’ve ever wanted to own a property in Plettenberg Bay, now’s the time to buy one, with the last stands available in the beautiful Schoongezicht Country Estate being sold at half price.

The re-opening of our airport is now also on track for next year and we expect that this will prompt many more business people to settle here as it will be much easier for them to fly to Johannesburg or Cape Town when and if necessary.”

As it is, he says, there has been a steady influx of new permanent residents over the past few years, including many families who have decided to ‘semigrate’ from bigger centres and a growing number of young executives and professionals – even medical specialists – who have decided to locate their businesses or practices in Plettenberg Bay.
