Chas Everitt International shines on West Rand
The Chas Everitt International West Rand franchise is this year's winner of
the coveted Service Excellence Award made by the Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce
and Industry (ROCCI).
The award was presented at a gala event held at the Misty Hills Hotel recently
and the ceremony was attended by the cream of the West Rand business society.
This is the second time the agency has scooped the award - the previous time
being in 2003 - and office manager Johan van Schalkwyk says the recognition
by ROCCI bears testimony to the fact that the Chas Everitt International business
model is geared to client satisfaction.
"Our ability to offer service levels of the highest standard rests squarely
on the innovative and professional approach of the group, which has over the
past 26 years steadily refined its operating systems and today also offers one
of the best technological support systems in the industry.

which we list standards to which we will adhere throughout the entire marketing

Agency principal Werner van Schalkwyk says that clients who sign sole mandates also receive a free home maintenance plan to the value of R9000.
"This plan insures clients against unexpected maintenance problems such as faulty geysers and can be transferred to the new home owners. It stays in force for a full year and goes a long way to ensuring peace of mind for seller and buyer alike."
He also notes that nominations for the service award were made by the public and that it was no mean feat for the agency to be voted tops, "as there are more than 300 other estate agencies in our franchise area".
