At a recent ceremony held to honour high achievers in the Western Cape, the Chas Everitt International property group named its West Coast branch as the top non-metro office in the region, and West Coast agent Chantelle Mathews as its top performing listing agent of the past 12 months.
The top metro office award went to the Cape Town Northern Suburbs, while individual performance awards went to agents Laeeq Smith of Kuilsriver (most units sold); Lita Hartman of the Helderberg branch (top metro agent); and Cheryl van Deventer of the Whale Coast office (top non-metro agent).
