OPTIMISM abounds for the Chas Everitt International property group, which celebrated the opening of a new office in the Helderberg last week.
Chas Everitt International MD Berry Everitt said the consolidation of the Somerset West and Strand branches in the new office in a prominent Dynarc Triangle building off Broadway Boulevard in Strand, was an advantage because it brought together many strengths.
Louis Harding, franchise co-owner with Joan Gibb, told DistrictMail that not only did their new location provide exceptional visibility, but an "amazing" team spirit had taken hold of his team since they moved into the premises a month ago.
The building is also home to the Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes law firm.
The launch function was attended by Chas Everitt franchisees from across Cape Town as well as the MD and his wife from Johannesburg, The photographs on this page were taken at the event.
