Househunting now more ‘bearable’ for the under-12s

Moving house, or even just starting to hunt for a new home, can be a stressful experience, taking its toll on every member of the household.

But now property group Chas Everitt International is campaigning to make the experience more “bearable” for younger members of the household - with a colouring-in competition in which cuddly teddies will be awarded for the best entries.

The competition is open to all children aged between four and 12 of Chas Everitt clients and entry forms are available at all the group’s offices countrywide.

Each office will award three bears – Papa, Mama and Baby Bear – in three age categories. The competition closes on 9 September and six finalists in each category will be chosen. Each office will host a children’s party in September during which the winners will be announced and prizes awarded.

Chas Everitt International MD Berry Everitt says the Chas Bear campaign is aimed at illustrating the company’s commitment to providing a highly professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

“Chas Bear will hopefully remind all our clients – and their children - that they are always welcome in our family.”
