Commission cash-backs for Chas Everitt winners

The birthday may be over but the party's still going strong for the lucky winners of the Chas Everitt International property group's Zero Percent Commission competition.
This was organised late last year to celebrate the real estate group's 25th birthday, and it attracted hundreds of entries from homeowners keen to have their properties marketed and sold free of any agent's commission.
Now independent auditors have drawn the names of the winners - who stand to take home a total of up to R1-million in commission "cash-backs", and who are to be interviewed live on radio over the next few days.
Group MD Berry says these sellers, several of whom are already happily ensconced in their new homes, will surely be popping a cork or two at their good fortune, but are not the only ones to benefit by dealing with Chas Everitt International.
