The best business decision that I have made in my twenty years was the day I decided to join the Chas Everitt International Property Group. For a few years I exchanged Chas Everitt for another national Real Estate brand and it was there that I realised that Chas Everitt is a unique company. Chas Everitt’s business model fitted me like a glove. It was however good to experience both worlds. It was a great day when I was offered the opportunity to operate under the Chas Everitt flag as a “Notebook Licensee” but it was even a better day when I got the opportunity to open the Chas Everitt Franchise operation in Bloemfontein.

Our Amanzimtoti operation, which has been around since the 1970’s had been part of another national brand for many years. Due to some dissatisfaction from our side, we elected to select a new partner in 2011.
At the heart of things, joining Chas Everitt had less to do with branding, corporate colours or promises and everything to do with family values, the human touch and the feeling that I am part of something that I can help grow.
