Tried and tested, at your serviceAlthough the past year must rate as one of the most difficult ever in the SA real estate industry, the top-performing agents and agent teams in the Chas Everitt International property group still managed to sell more than R20m worth of property each - an outstanding achievement that speaks volumes about the service and integrity for which our 30-year-old group is recognised in the marketplace. Lyn Massey-Hicks of our Randburg office, who has been with the group for 20 years, was honoured as the group's top performing metro agent at our recent awards ceremonies held around the country, with Colin Kuhlmann (East London) and Shanaz Sity-Herskovitz (Cape Town Southern Suburbs) being the runners-up. The top non-metro agents were Elmarie van Huyssteen from Stellenbosch, Annette Whitfield from Hartebeespoort and Cheryl van Deventer of the Whale Coast office. Paul and Roz Everitt (Randburg) claimed the top spot among the metro partnerships and were also responsible for the highest number of units sold, while Marina and Burger van Wyk from Hermanus were named as the best non-metro partnership, and Andre Nel of the Midrand office was named as the best performing newcomer of the year. The top-performing offices were Randburg (metro) and Helderburg (non-metro), while the Sandton office claimed the bond origination support prize. Special prizes for the most sales resulting from the FNB Quick Sell initiative went to the Cape Town Northern Suburbs office, the East London office and the Johannesburg South office.
